What is the need for second homes and why should I invest in Tshe' Valley?

Tshe‘ valley is arguably the best property for investment in second homes in terms of value, amenities & returns offered. The location is within 3 hour drive from Chandigarh, perfect for a second home since it is secluded yet accessible.

Where is the site located?

What are the benefits of investing during the pre-launch?

Prices are expected to increase by at least 10-15% immediately after the launch. Moreover, we would welcome suggestions for the construction and designing of your villa if you choose to book early.

What is the size of land for the project?

Tshe‘ valley is spread across a total land of 8 acres. Out of which, 4.5 acres are for residential development and 3.5 acres for hotel development.

What is the type & density of this development?

The distinctive feature of this project is the eco-friendly and very low density of development. The development is based around the concept of “Swiss Chalets”, i.e. individual small low-rise villas based on G+2 structure spread across the entire site, allowing limited intervention with the eco-system and amongst the lowest habitation in the region.

Will the project be "Eco-Friendly Certified"?

Tshe‘ is intrinsically driven by Eco-values. The project is designed to have almost a zero carbon footprint & will comply with all green norms.
